FROM CONCEPT TO PRINT. DEVELOPING AN ILLUSTRATED BOOK.
with Jon Davidson, Freelance Photographer
This
course takes you through the various steps you will need to be
able to evaluate whether your book idea is a valid publishing project
or not. We will look at the various options available, from Self Publishing
and Packaging to approaching a publisher. We look at the concept,
the
market, the design, the printer, shipping, contracts, graphic design,
pagination and much more. This course really does put you into the
shoes of the publisher, and lets you see how they would evaluate a
potential project. You may be surprised at what you find!
