- Solve operational problems.
- Generate sales invoices for goods and services sold.
- Record customer receipts, analyze sales and print statements.
- Use appropriate functions to record purchases by the business.
- Process cash payments and cash receipts and prepare a bank reconciliation.
- Bank undeposited funds.
- Use the inventory function.
- Process Purchase orders and supplier bills.
- Generate reports required by the business. e.g. balance sheet, profit and loss, receivables reconciliation, GST detail report.
- Undertake file management procedures eg backup and restore data files.
- See how GST works on a cash and accrual basis.
- Use the BasLink. Find transactions, change transactions, delete transactions.
- Use MYOB Analyst.
- Use the 'To Do List'.
