ADOBE PHOTOSHOP: THE BASICS

This course will introduce you to the major features of this powerful program. If you are interested in digital photography, illustration and design or using graphics in web pages or publications, this is the tool of choice. As revolutionary as photography itself was years ago, Photoshop allows you to visualize in layers, thereby increasing your visual awareness. It actually affects the way you create images in the first place. Adobe Photoshop is a tool that is camera, darkroom and design studio rolled into one. This course gives you the skills to work with photoshop and thereby increase your creative ability in a way you never thought possible. It is not simply an image editing program, it really is an important part of the craft of creating images.

Suitable for PC or Macintosh.

RECOMMENDED FOR
Anyone who wishes to gain a greater understanding of the digital image making process, in particular from camera to screen, print or display. For photographers or designers wishing to enter the digital realm.

REQUIREMENTS
The client must have good keyboard skills. and be familiar with using a computer, that is, managing documents.
