COMMUNICATION SKILLS: MAKE A DIFFERENCE

This highly interactive program will provide information and skills that will enable you to understand that people think, learn and communicate very differently from one another. It will help you to become aware of the nature of jumping to conclusions, to practise some strategies for managing breakdowns more effectively; practise giving and receiving feedback and gain strategies for making effective requests, negotiating and making promises. You will also develop strategies for responding with appropriate assertiveness in conflict situations, managing the ladder of inference more effectively and an awareness of the true nature of our internal dialogue when things go wrong.
